Oliver Marco La Rosa is the Founder and CEO of GlobiancePay which was established in 2018.
As CEO, he brings his leadership and expertise in technology, along with his extensive knowledge of banking systems to GlobiancePay. Spearheading the global expansion, Oliver is committed to making traditional and digital banking accessible to everyone, while leading the charge to harness and integrate the most cutting-edge technologies available in the industry.

Samuel ‘Sam’ Amsterdam engages his close colleagues across the global media landscape to collaborate on establishing narratives redefining and protecting the reputations of individuals, corporations and governments alike, identifying winning strategies and employing the full range of earned- and paid-media tactics to do so - He today serves as a Co-Chair of the ISTA Conference Committee.
Sam serves as an advanced advocacy and strategic media liaison professional, with wide ranging experience engaging on-site from major global hubs including London, Brussels, Johannesburg, Lagos, Bahrain, Nursultan, New York City, Toronto and Washington, D.C.

Pat LaVecchia
Pat has over 25+ years of experience in financial services leading teams on over $15 billion of deals globally and leading groups at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bear Stearns, Inc. (now JP Morgan), amongst others. He held a senior role at Igneio/MakerDAO Foundation giving him a unique blend of skills combining long-standing traditional finance background with a deep experience in decentralized finance/crypto/blockchain sectors. Additionally, Pat has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies and also has had past roles on several advisory boards/non-profit boards including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and Council Member of the NYSE Amex Listed Company Council. Pat received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania major in Finance and a concentration in Strategic Planning. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Clark University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Pat is a Wharton Ambassador.

Don Oparah
Dr. Don Oparah is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder/CTO of Redswan. Don has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, UK and is a TED speaker and Oxford University speaker on technology innovation. He has over two decades of experience in enterprise and startup technology including roles as an early employee at publicly traded technology company Agilisys and later and Founder and Director of The Venture Accelerator at University of California, Santa Barbara. Don has participated in launching and scaling over 20 start-ups in his career, many of them successfully backed by leading venture funds and several acquired by Fortune 500 companies.

Claus Skaaning is Ceo of Digishares
DigiShares was founded in 2018 in Denmark to democratize Real World Asset investments via blockchain technology.
At the time, the founders wanted to create a platform to widen access to investments in local start-ups, but no legacy software provider could match what they were looking for… so they decided to build their own tech stack!
Since then, DigiShares has created the leading white-label platform for Real World Asset tokenization, investor management and trading via smart contracts. The company expanded to all continents, with main offices located in Aalborg, Copenhagen and Miami. Today, DigiShares Inc in Florida is the headquarters.

Edward Chen is the Managing Partner of HTX Ventures, and also the GM of Assets and Commercial Center at HTX (formerly known as Huobi). Edward comes with over 15 years of experience in business strategy and development; he is also an active angel investor and is deeply vested in the blockchain industry and new technologies. He was previously Head of Global Institution Business for HTX and had spearheaded HTX’s APAC regional business operations, including strategic expansion into new markets. Under his leadership, HTX’s institutional business expanded globally, and sales grew by over 40 times. Prior to this, Edward was also Co-Founder of a global logistic technology company, which was successfully sold for merger and acquisition.

She joined in 2023 bringing over 8 years of experience with strategic marketing and brand initiatives for both traditional and digital-first financial institutions. Jillian previously served as Director of Growth Marketing at Arca where she spearheaded the deliberate and tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns positioning the firm as a leader in digital asset investing. Prior to Arca, she held various marketing positions at BNY Mellon, Redgate Real Estate Advisory, and Rocaton Investment Advisors (now Goldman Sachs).

Matthew Schneider serves as the CEO of Building PropTech Inc, with an entrepreneurial journey spanning roles such as a fiction novelist, to leading small-cap and derivative trades in the stock market. Matthew has 5 years in capital markets and 4 years in real estate tokenization, with proficiency in Building Information Management, investments, AI, blockchain, and asset securitization. He has engaged investors, innovators, and industry professionals from around the world in business development, market discovery, and performances like pitch competitions and keynotes.

Bob serves as the Head of Administration at Oasis Pro Markets. He has over 25 years of capital markets experience at Credit Suisse, Bank of America, and Royal Bank of Canada. He has deep knowledge of front-to-back processes across Fixed Income and Equities products and has served as COO and Controller for front-office business units and support organizations, including technology divisions.

Daniel is one of the pioneering attorneys in the blockchain and digital assets sector. He advises some of the world’s leading digital asset businesses, trade organizations, and financial institutions in regulatory and controversy matters. He also advises government officials and regulators on digital asset technology and regulation. Since 2018, Daniel has taught a popular course on blockchain and digital asset regulation at the University of Miami Law School. He is the lead author of Digital Assets and Blockchain Technology: US Law and Regulation (Elgar 2020), a first-of-its-kind legal textbook designed for law and other graduate-level students

Edward Nwokedi
Edward Nwokedi is the Founder and CEO of RedSwan CRE Marketplace and RedSwan CRE Africa. With over $5B in tokenized real estate assets, RedSwan leads the market under full FINRA compliance. Ed started his 23-year real estate journey at Colliers International and moved to Cushman and Wakefield, Texas, rising to Executive Director of Capital Markets, culminating in more than $2.7B in multifamily sales. Prior to commercial real estate, Ed has been a serial entrepreneur of several start up with the most notable Carstation.com which raised over $95m in VC funding and had a successful exit to Fortune 500 company in 2000.
Ed received his M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga, California, and his B.S. in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He holds CCIM accreditation in Commercial Real Estate and is on the advisory board of the Bauer Real Estate Program at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
